Most cacao powders are highly processed — roasted at high temperatures, stripped of much of their natural cacao butter, and ground into a fine, dry powder. While still “organic,” that process removes many of cacao’s beneficial compounds, subtle flavors, and energetic qualities.

A typical ceremonial dose is around 30g, but there isn’t a set amount you SHOULD drink. We recommend starting with 10–15g in 200ml of water(1 table spoon) for a gentle daily cup. Always listen to your body — it knows what it needs.
