3. Products & Sales

All products sold on this website are ceremonial cacao offerings, including individual cacao varieties and curated bundles.

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Processing & Shipping

We aim to process and ship your order quickly and safely.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Destinations & Costs: We currently ship to the UK & Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on location and customs processing.

Packaging: We use eco-friendly and protective packaging to ensure your cacao arrives fresh and intact while minimizing environmental impact.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Return Process: Email us at hello@anfifismagic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
