Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We currently ship to all of Cyprus. (EU and UK shipping coming soon)

Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
